How to Apply False Eyelashes Correctly

How to apply false eyelashes:

Step 1. Apply makeup to your eyes as you normally would. Use an eyelash comb if needed to make sure your own eyelashes are nicely separated.

Step 2. Take one lash and place it along your eye. Place one end so it starts at the inner corner of the eye. If the other end extends beyond the outer corner, it is too wide. Take the lashes and trim them from the outer edge so that it more closely fits your eye.
Repeat this step for each eye until they are both the correct length.

Step 3. Apply the adhesive to the lash band and wait 30 seconds or until it becomes a little gummy. Keep the applicator away from your eyes and be careful not to get any adhesive in them. If this happens, see below.

Step 4. Using a mirror, position the lash extensions above your eyelid so they are in line with your natural lash line. Carefully press the entire lash down and hold the ends for a few seconds. Touch up the makeup if needed, and you are finished!

How to Remove: Lash extensions should always be removed before sleeping. Get a hold of the lash at the outer edge and simply peel it off. Before storing your extensions, remove any adhesive using tweezers or fingers.

If the lash adhesive gets in your eyes, make sure to rinse them thoroughly for at least 5 minutes. Use cool running water while holding the eyelids open fingers. If eyes stay irritated after rinsing, seek medical attention.
